基金会简介 / Foundation Overview

上海大学教育发展基金会（以下简称“基金会”）是经上海市民政局批准，于2014年2月成立的非营利性组织；经上海市民政局资格审查和资质认定，于2017年7月17日被依法认定为慈善组织，为上海大学接受社会捐赠资金。其登记管理机关是上海市民政局；相关行业主管部门是上海市教育委员会。

The Shanghai University Education Development Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation") is a non-profit organization approved by the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau and established in February 2014. It was legally recognized as a charitable organization on July 17, 2017, to accept social donations for Shanghai University. The Foundation is registered with the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, and the relevant industry supervisory department is the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission.

基金会宗旨 / Mission of the Foundation

加强与国内外各界的联系和合作，争取社会各界的支持和捐助，为提高教学质量和学术水平、推动教育和其他社会公益事业发展服务。

Strengthen contacts and cooperation with various sectors domestically and internationally, gain support and donations from all walks of life, and contribute to improving teaching quality, academic levels, and advancing education and other social public welfare undertakings.

基金会主要业务范围 / Main Business Scope of the Foundation

接受捐赠、管理和使用基金，用于和高等教育事业有关的各项公益事业（涉及行政许可的，凭许可证开展业务）。

Accept donations, manage, and utilize funds for public welfare undertakings related to higher education (involving administrative licenses as required).

基金会管理 / Foundation Management

上海大学教育发展基金会严格按照捐赠者意愿管理每一笔捐赠资金，实行专款专用，并适时向捐资方提供财务报告和项目实施情况报告。

The Foundation manages each donation in strict accordance with the donor's intentions, ensures earmarked funds for specific purposes, and provides financial and project implementation reports to donors as appropriate.
